While there is NO 100% guarantee that you will NEVER experience buffering, these tips/tricks will greatly reduce those odds.

ARE YOU HAVING PLAYBACK ISSUE? BUFFERING?
IMPORTANT NOTE: Different content may give different results and a change might give you better results.

Clear cache for apps, restart device, modem and router.

If connected to a 5g network, change to 2g. If connected to 2g, connect to 5g. Hardwire your device, if possible. KEEP YOUR STREAMING CONFINED TO ONE NETWORK. DO NOT SHARE OTHER DEVICES ON THE NETWORK YOU STREAM ON.

If using a VPN and change the server location to find one that works best.  If ot, try usong a VPN. We have VPN available under our services tab.

If you have a multi-connection account, use same stream type on ALL devices or you may experience buffering. Use stream type TS (mpegts) and try again to see if better otherwise HLS (m3u8). Try EXO Player or VLC player to see what works best.

CASES YOU MIGHT NEED TO USE VPN:

-If you are from the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) or UAE a VPN is mostly needed.

We’ve noticed UK ISP (Internet service provider) are blocking our servers during Main Event Games, and causing our whole entire service not to work during that time ONLY for users that are located in UK region.

We advise you to bypass this issue by using VPN.

You’ll see black screen or just empty error while its happening.

-If your service is working, and your ISP isn’t blocking our service, then you don’t need any VPN.

Our service is highly encrypted, no one can know besides you what you’re watching or doing.

We use RSA 4096 with sha256 Encryption, which is higher than what your bank uses.

So you can be safe knowing you are safe with us.

-Some ISPs are throttling quite heavily or having congestion on their lines to specific datacenter/networks.

To avoid that, we suggest using VPN, since it uses different routes to avoid that problem.

In case you don’t see improvement, switch locations (West Europe countries/East US).

Run http://speed.apg.ooo test each time you choose a location in the VPN.

Keep switching location till you get the best results in our http://speed.apg.ooo test.

HOW TO PROPERLY DO DEVICE/SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WEEKLY:

1. run a speed test 3 times in a row to get the average reading. Have at least 50Mbps to stream with. Anything lower will cause more issues. Run a speed test by using the Speed Test in settings on your app. If less than 50Mbps, try switching networks. Worst case scenario would be you need better interent.
2. make room and free up space on their device , majority of clients have FireSticks and those devices require min 1 .5 to 2 gb of free space for smooth streaming
Have them delete any apps that they havent used in the past week ,that means its just taking up space.
3. unplug the Router/Modem for 3-5 mins for it to reset.
4. CLEAR THE CACHE AND DATA, this is huge, clearing the cache on a weekly basis is important and very Nessacary to ensure smooth streaming.
Have them clear the CACHE AND DATA ON all the apps to free up much needed space .
5. Check to see if the channel reported is buffering on your device, if it is that very well could mean it is OUR END that is having the issue, be it our servers or our Source and we will do our best to fix it but please do not wait hours later. 

Please use a VPN as a resolution to any buffering/freezing that you may experience.
