VPN Definition

VPN stands for virtual private network. In basic terms, a VPN provides an encrypted server and hides your IP address from corporations, government agencies and would-be hackers. A VPN protects your identity even if you are using public or shared Wi-Fi, and your data will be kept private from any prying internet eyes.

One of the advantages of VPN  is its capability to get easily integrated with other IP-based services such as VOIP or high-speed internet. It uses the existing computer network. Hence, no use of cables and is hassle free.

What do I do to reduce buffering?

While there is NO 100% guarantee that you will NEVER experience buffering, these tips/tricks will greatly reduce those odds.

ARE YOU HAVING PLAYBACK ISSUE? BUFFERING?
IMPORTANT NOTE: Different content may give different results and a change might give you better results.

Clear cache for apps, restart device, modem and router.

If connected to a 5g network, change to 2g. If connected to 2g, connect to 5g. Hardwire your device, if possible. KEEP YOUR STREAMING CONFINED TO ONE NETWORK. DO NOT SHARE OTHER DEVICES ON THE NETWORK YOU STREAM ON.

If using a VPN and change the server location to find one that works best.  If ot, try usong a VPN. We have VPN available under our services tab.

If you have a multi-connection account, use same stream type on ALL devices or you may experience buffering. Use stream type TS (mpegts) and try again to see if better otherwise HLS (m3u8). Try EXO Player or VLC player to see what works best.

How do I maintain my services/devices?

MAINTENANCE ON ANDROID BOXES/FIRESTICKS

On an Android device, go into your devices settings, locate Apps. Locate our app. Click on it, clear both cache and data. Then unplug modem/router for 5 minutes, after its done re login and try to stream.

Tips for using Viperz TV with VPNs in addition to our weekly maintenance recommendation which consists of clearing the cache and data weekly. It is a good idea to uninstall reinstall both the VPN (if applicable) and the Viperz TV app every 2 to 4 weeks just to make sure there’s not old files and data clogging up the device.

Do I Need To Use A VPN?
CASES YOU MIGHT NEED TO USE VPN:

-If you are from the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) or UAE a VPN is mostly needed.

We’ve noticed UK ISP (Internet service provider) are blocking our servers during Main Event Games, and causing our whole entire service not to work during that time ONLY for users that are located in UK region.

We advise you to bypass this issue by using VPN.

You’ll see black screen or just empty error while its happening.

-If your service is working, and your ISP isn’t blocking our service, then you don’t need any VPN.

Our service is highly encrypted, no one can know besides you what you’re watching or doing.

We use RSA 4096 with sha256 Encryption, which is higher than what your bank uses.

So you can be safe knowing you are safe with us.

-Some ISPs are throttling quite heavily or having congestion on their lines to specific datacenter/networks.

To avoid that, we suggest using VPN, since it uses different routes to avoid that problem.

In case you don’t see improvement, switch locations (West Europe countries/East US).

Run http://speed.apg.ooo test each time you choose a location in the VPN.

Keep switching location till you get the best results in our http://speed.apg.ooo test.

This isn’t something that can be fixed from our end and can happen at anytime even if it worked perfectly for you without a VPN in the past. Q: Should I choose the fastest server on my VPN?

A: Choosing the fastest server option on your VPN will not always provide the best results.

Please try multiple locations until you’re able to find a server location that provides you a buffer-free experience.

You may need to cycle throughout all of the VPN server locations to find the best one for you.

Q: Sometimes my service works better without my VPN, why?

A: Yes it’s important to note that Internet providers may only throttle at certain times or during popular events. VPN’s are only required when you’re actively being throttled. There may be situations where you will need to disconnect your VPN for best results. We realize this can be confusing but these are tested and proven methods so please try these troubleshooting tips before contacting us for any additional support.

Is there a contract with services?
No. There is NEVER a contract with us. You can cancel at ANY time. We offer subscriptions that range from 1 month to 1 year. If you opt for a particular package, you are onl expected to complete that duration. You are welcome to cancel which will prevent further billing for the next renewal. WHEN YOU CANCEL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS so please keep that in mind. You will be granted the remainder of your subcription to use if you decide to cancel.
Support Ticket Response Time?
Issuing a ticket for account activation or technical support will get responded between 1 -2 hours during hours of operation & depending on how busy support/tickets are.
Outside of operating hours your ticket will be responded within 24 hours.
Minimum internet speed required for VPN?

The minimum speed required for VPN is approximately around 100Mbps for download and around 2Mbps for uploading. Using a VPN will reduce your speed overall due to its function. If you want to avoid buffering or lagging, ensure you have an active internet connection that will provide more than 50Mbps speed.

How to Update Your App To Current Version

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR VIPERZ VPN TO LATEST VERSION ( FROM WORKING VERSION ONLY!!!)

1) Open your Viperz VPN app.

2) If not on the main menu of the app, please go to main screen with all the icons.

3) Click on settings on bottom row, right hand side.

4) Click on Viperz snake icon on top left hand corner.

5) Click check for update.

6) Download and install update and thats it.

Service Not Allowing You Access?
ATTENTION!!! IF YOUR SERVICE IS LOOPING AND NOT GETTING PAST MAIN SCREEN, THEN THAT MEANS YOU ARE IN NEED OF AN UPDATE. UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AND ACROSS YOUR SCREENS AS A MESSAGE. IF YOU ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE THAT MEANS YOU DID NOT HEED THE INFO. PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING TO GET BACK UP AND RUNNING WITH CURRENT VERSION.

Clear cache on app first and try logging in again. If that doesnt work, uninstall your app then Open Downloader and enter bit.ly/Viperz19 to install app. Once installed click done and then delete installation files. How to Fix My App When It Loops To Main Screen

These are the instructions on how to clear your app cache and data for fire tv devices if your app is looping. Please do this if you are experiencing any app issues BEFORE attempting a reinstall
