Cancellations DO NOT invoke refunds. Cancellations are ONLY to prevent further billing on your next due date, i.e, you will not be billed again when due. Cancellations must be done within your account if you have an online account or requested by support ticket by using our email. If using email, you must provide your full name and include the username and password of the account you wish to cancel. Failure to provide this info will cease any cancellation requests and WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE!!!!
